6 Tips to Get Out of a Slump or Bad Mood

1) Talk a walk in nature. Take a brisk walk or a 20 minute stroll outside in the woods or in your neighborhood. The experts say that walks boosts your creativity and allows a free flow of ideas.

2) Meet With Your Mastermind or a Friend. Throw new ideas around to help break out of your normal routine. Hold onto the ones that make sense for your business and implement!

3) Listen to a Podcast or an audio book. It’s always helpful to learn something new and this can be implemented with other chores, like  working around the house or during your walk outside.

4) Re-Set Your Intentions or Meditate. A 10 minute meditation helps reduce frustration, stress and even tension.

5) Create Your Vision Board. Make it visual and list your goals and dreams. This can also be saved as a wallpaper on your office laptop or computer, or posted in your office where you will view it every day.

6) Get Some Exercise. Exercise helps boost endorphins, and if you feel good you can’t be in a bad mood at the same time!
