Some tips for holding successful meetings are:
1) Practice your presentation at least once
2) Don’t make your presentation too long
3) Be sure to have good lighting
4) Use a USB Microphone for your audio
5) Make sure the attendees faces are visible and they keep their video turned on during the event.
