5 Tips To Boost Your Customer Service & Loyalty

There are many ways you can do this, but I just wanted to share a few.  It’s a fact that 65% of a company’s revenue comes from existing and repeat customers.  So…customer service is very important!

Follow these 5 tips as a start to shape your customer service process.

1) Honor what you committed to. In other words, stay true to what you’ve agreed to, contract in place or not. And if at all possible, overdeliver!
2) Keep in touch with your followers. Stay in communication with them on your social media platforms, through your email newsletter and more. Find ways to have your followers (prospects) keep you Top-of-Mind. Reach out and be friendly.
3) Prioritize customer service. The first impression is everything, so…..concentrating on delivering stellar customer service will be noticed.
4) If you can, be flexible with payments. Consider installment payments for your services, or products if it is possible. If it will help your customers be more at ease with signing up with you, it’s a win-win.
5) Be open to valuable feedback. Allow your customers to comment and share feedback with you.
If you can, find out what brought them to you in the first place…and be open to both good and bad feedback. Paying attention to this can be vital in helping you improve and shape your business.

Simple, I know…..but I will bet that not all companies are putting the emphasis on delivering stellar customer service.  Be a step ahead and start with these simple steps to get started.
